Contact us

Get hold of us — a person answers, not a menu.

Daniel answers the main line and will either help you himself or put you straight through to an engineer. There is no queue to sit through and nobody on commission. If you prefer email, the addresses below reach the right desk directly.

Lines are staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, excluding public holidays.

Phone, email, or come by the office

Whichever suits you. For anything urgent the phone is quickest; for something you want a record of, email is easiest; and if you would rather talk it through in person, ring ahead and we will make sure someone is in.

Getting to the right desk

A little detail, so you are not passed around

Any of us can point you in the right direction, but if you already know what you need, these will get you there in one step.

Something's broken now

Call the helpdesk direct on +1 (555) 0188. If it suits, an engineer can open a shared session in your browser and work through it with you on screen — see remote support for how that works. No appointment needed during office hours.

Thinking of becoming a client

Ask for the free 45-minute review. Ring the main line or email hello@northvale-systems.example.com and we will find a time. You keep the written notes whatever you decide, and there is nobody on commission at this end.

Send a message

Prefer to write? Drop us a line

Leave a short message and we will get back to you — general enquiries within one working day, and sooner if it is urgent. There is no need to explain everything here; a sentence or two about what you need is plenty, and we will take it from there on the phone.

You are always welcome to email us directly at hello@northvale-systems.example.com instead, or to call the main line during office hours.

We only ask for your name, email and message — nothing more. We use what you send solely to reply to you. See our privacy notice.

Coming to see us

Finding the office

We are in the Northvale business park, and honestly most of the team is out on client sites during the day — so a quick call before you set off is never wasted.

Directions

Building C sits at the far end of the business park, past the two larger units. We are on the second floor, Suite 210 — there is a lift as well as stairs, and the door buzzer is labelled Northvale Systems. Ring the buzzer and someone will come down.

Accessibility

Building C has step-free access from the visitor bays, a lift to the second floor, and an accessible toilet on our landing. If you have any particular requirements for a visit, mention it when you ring ahead and we will make sure everything is ready.

Before you call the helpdesk

You do not need any of this to ring us, but if you have it to hand it helps the engineer get straight to the point:

  • Which machine or which person is affected, and roughly when it started.
  • The exact wording of any message on screen — a photo on your phone is perfect.
  • Whether it is stopping work right now, or is more of an annoyance to look at later.
  • If you would like to run a shared browser session, that you are near the affected machine.

Outside office hours

Our lines are staffed 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays. Clients on the optional out-of-hours plan have a separate duty number, given to you when you sign up, that reaches an engineer on weekday evenings and weekend daytimes. Monitored backups are watched around the clock regardless, so an overnight failure is picked up whether or not you are on that plan. Anything non-urgent emailed to the helpdesk is answered the next working morning.
